Thumbs down NYS emission failed sensor incomplete

the car is flashpro tuned supercharged.
new o2 sensors both primary n secondary.

so I have drive the car for almost 200 miles n still can't get these 2 in the picture to complete.
at first I have 4 incomplete. now just 2 more left, evap, n catalyst.

I followed somewhere posted by billman.
started up the car cold, idle for 3 minutes, 5-8 minutes local city driving like the way I road test for my license, than shut off car, n started steady speed on highway for 10+ minutes, I had done it a few times 150 of highway miles so far.

still can't get these 2 to ready.

Your check engine light is on?

Do you hit boost when you did those 200 miles?

You have a cat or a test pipe

check engine light wasn't on at all.
I enabled everything in flash pro, n Jeff the tuner also confirm that he done so many people from NY n NJ which they all can pass when completed.

i did not hit boost, since I didn't even go more than 50% of throttle.

I have a test pipe, but 2 x buns customer made by berk, one has an simulator bun onto for o2 sensor the other one for my air fuel gauge sensor.

the o2 sensor monitor n o2 heater monitor both seen completed since the drives

Have all the current green monitors been complete for most of the 200 miles, or have they been resetting each time and the above picture is the current trip?

when reset the car, the top first to 4th was already green complete.
only from catalyst to o2 sensor heater was incomplete.

But after a few start ups singing I am trying to figure how to connect the flashpro to the phone, I notice the sensor monitor became complete.
so than I did the procedure driving next day after parked car for long period of time, n now so far almost 200 hundreds miles with these 2 in picture still incomplete.

I try a few different methods, tried ur method too.

You are not following me, let me rephrase, at any time did any of the complete monitors revert back to incomplete?

both the cat and the evap monitors will only run if the fuel level is between 1/4 and 3/4 of a tank. steady cruising between 50-65mph at part throttle. 5mins driving like this is all it usually takes me. so maybe your not driving within those parameters?

so I measure the fuel lv bar on the s2000 cluster, which I am not sure how I can do it completely accurate. but I am pretty sure I have done it around that ball park, I drove the car with a full tank all the way to somewhere 60% (2 little more bars toward full right side), n refill 3 x gallons ( looks like 80%) n tried again. still no luck.

now I am just wondering if it's got anything to do the my supercharge

it's a rotrex c38-91 kit, it does kicked him much more faster than my old vortech kit.
if the boost has anything to do of it.

thx
