Did you have sunglasses on? Id say it was between 815 and 830 am..dont remember the exact time. The car looked lowered though i could not see the color of the wheels. Cool you are in the area though, i live in Port Chester and work in Tarrytown.

yesterday around 2 pm on 287 heading north, ap1 NFR with top down

this morning around 10 am NFR ap2 crossing rt 18.
