Yeah al let me tell you this is my 1st accident in my life and Geico took care of me like a king from the payout to the 2 week rental, which was a new fully loaded tahoe, besides totalling my truck which I hated anyway i made out like a bandit and thanks again guys for the well wishes

Damn, Tony! Glad you are ok. Stupid idiot texting worked out for you. I know you hated that truck. As far as trucks with great reliability the Frontier is what you want to get. VW maintenance will empty your pockets even if you do it yourself. RAM might be cheaper and have tons of power and towing but you will be wrenching a lot. Text me what year and make and I can look up in consumer reports. They have very good detailed reports on cars/trucks.

You will find this useful http://www.ramforumz.com/

They suffer from Climate systems, Drive systems and other areas but the two specified are rated "worst"

Since you will be towing the boat, keep an eye on cv joints, keep the whole drive train topped off and get handing with your AC. Good thing is parts will be cheap and you are no stranger to tools but I bet you will have Jose doing most of the work since he works cheap lol. I don't have time to help look up more about it but I bet the forum should help out a lot.

the Frontier is a little on the small side and the rear seat is made for kids not full sized adults like all them fat chics you pick up on the side of the highway. See if you can get a 2012 though. That seems to be the better buy with less issues.

I thought dodge had lifetime warranty on the drivetrain?

They still owe me a burger and payment for that yard work I did.
