Default Passing inspection with EMS & Turbo

Hey guys, quick question. I have AEM EMS, which I know they won't be able to read when they plug into the OBD port. That being said, they will have to go the sniffer route. I plan I just throwing the cat back on for the day so inspection will pass. Do you see any problems with this? It was tuned with straight pipe but I don't think throwing the cat on temporarily would do any harm. Thoughts?

If it's a NYS inspection I doubt you'll pass...I myself am super charged and I'm running a aem ems, what I do is just swap out my injectors and and put back the stock ems, and when I drive it to the garage for inspection I make sure I don't make boost cause I leave the belt on the blower. Good luck

I'm not 100% sure how it is, but I know NJ, you guys go to DMV for the inspection or you can pay a shop to do it (I rather pay if its easier)

You will need the CAT because they will need to see it.

But your not done, you will need to put in your stock ECU, stock injectors, and run the car a little without being in boost
