question
so im more than likely getting rid of the new suzuka but i found out last night i have no title it takes 70 days to process an out of state transactin shit. i was so far in the prosses and was heading out friday to get the new car.
now my question is there any legal document such as a bill of sale noterized write up that will make the transaction official and just have him wait for the title.
i just want to have something official and legal saying the car is his but he just cant register does that document exist. dmv said it dosent. because if i have to wait 40 more days for the title this deal wont happen and god knows i want it to.

Wait. Who needs what title?
You can ask the DMV to do a title replacement overnight for a fee of $50 dollars or something for yourself.
Im sure the other guy can do the same for him in his state.
You both have your titles and switch. The only reason it takes 70 days to process and out of state title is if you register the car in NYS with a Florida title. It takes 70 days to transfer the title from Florida to NYS in your name.

I called the DMV because I bought it from PA and it wasn't here yet, they said they can put a rush on it and I got it about 5 days later. Just call them and you'll get it shortly.
