I don't know anything special from NYC, but depending on the work you want done, I find that the S2000 seats just need a decent leather conditioning. I bought this stuff from amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Lexol-907-Leat...er+conditioner
Made the leather look almost brand new. You could tell after 16 years the leather was starved for moisture. Over time, dirt gets into the leather fibers and wears it out. This cleans the leather fibers, and reconditions them and adds moisture. Its cheap, and I think you'd be really happy with the results.

You can check out the wash and wax forum for DIY info.
A ton of great info on our seats.
If you want someone to do it for you, I would suggest Phil Yu at Detailers Domain www.detailersdomain.com, Norwood NJ.
Phil is at the upper end, in terms of cost, but is one of the best.
Many years ago, we had a member associated with the Leather institute in Red Bank. I haven't seen him post in years.
My recollection is they sold product but also did work on-site. For some reason, I thought they did aviation work.
