Rant: Did anyone else feel this way?
So I ended up garaging my S for all of October and decided to daily drive the boosted 240sx.
Sure I was boost happy and the torque came easily.
I also enjoyed how the other Honda heads (non-s2k) would suddenly not want to bother me.
However, Friday night I really missed getting busy with the gears and decided to switch cars as soon as I got home from work.
The moment I fired up the engine, I heard a familiar Tracy Sports rumble.
5 minutes later I find myself pacing on NJ3 East and West for 30 minutes to warm up my tires. At that point, I felt like I wasted a whole month not driving my instant "stress relief."
So I decided to drive as much as I can over the weekend.
Soon enough, I find myself on NJ1 South on a Sunday afternoon driving topless (I'm referring to the roof) beside some usual honda heads: one built integra and one built civic hatch.
Obviously they were itching to do a 40 roll and bugged me while I was listening to Nat King Cole's "Unforgettable."
On most days I wouldn't bother but I haven't pushed the S in a month so I figured I'd let it purr.
Unsure of what they had, I slowed them down to 25 (at that point they probably were outside of lift) and let them do the honking.
3 honks later we were out. I wasn't surprised to be ahead but I was surprised I wasn't putting bus lengths right away. Good match between those two. Didn't bother counting those as "kills" since I don't ever do straight line runs.
I'm just glad all I could hear is my exhaust--and not theirs.
That made my weekend (and the Yankees won).
Now I find myself back at work in the city.
Looking forward to the weekend again to relieve my stress.
I really regret the month I lost without driving the S.
Any one else feel this way or have similar stories?

I would actually consider trading it for something I can really drive daily for the winter.
