Speed camera violation

I guess I was going over the speed limit on Queens blvd and I just got a notice in the mail with photos of my car and license plate.
It's only a $50 fine but I was wondering if I really need to pay this. What would happen if I don't pay it? I read it doesn't go on my driving record.

Your license could be suspended. How is this even a question?

If the picture doesn't show your face, throw you wife under the bus and tell them it was her!

A few months ago they got rid of these violations and I would have told you to throw it away but recently it was brought back so yea pay for it or it will be sent to collections and your car/s could get towed

it will go to DMV records and soon or later your car will be towed

If you don’t pay it right away, it will go up to about 77 bucks with the late fee. Then they just keep sending you letters, they don’t send it to collections, they just say they do but they don’t.

once you total up 350 dollars, that’s when the city starts to search for your car on the streets to tow it.

If you get called for any city or state job. You have to take care of any tickets you have before you start the job.

You won't be able to register the car when the reggy comes up.Once the fees get high enough if you get pulled over for a ticket they can tell you to get out and tow it away.

They will tag it to tow once the fee is high enough.
