Summer Tires For Daily Driver

Need to get a new set of summer tires for my S4, would like them to handle well but above all like quiet tires.

Purchased the car with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT tires which have lasted a long time! No complaints but figured I would ask what else is out there before i get on Tire Rack.
Thanks!!

My M3 came with Michelin Pilot Super Sports and I have been very happy with them. I think they were recently succeeded by Michelin Pilot 4S . They are comfortable, handle well, good in rain, they don't wear out too quick, when driving on the highway I don't hear too much tire noise, etc. I liked them so much I bought them for the S2000 as well when I saw a good deal.

Oh, and you can get them at Costco. They usually have the standard $100 off a set of 4 and every now and then they offer free installation (additonal $70 savings)

Andy, you're still staggered? Not all tires are available in all sizes. May want to add that info.

I can't speak to road noise but the Hankook RS4 is a fantastic all 'round tire and is available in standard 17" staggered sizes.

Oh shit, you said S4 not S2000.

Bridgestone S04 tires in CR sizing has been wonderful for me.

For DD, you might want to research "Ultra Performance All Season" tires. You get nearly the same grip as summer tires, but not the rapid wear and loud road noise.

I just bought a set of Cooper RS3-G1 tires for my GTI. Grip in dry and wet is outstanding, however, don't be caught in the snow with them like I did  It was my own fault as I didn't swap in my snow tires at the first forecast of snow and got caught in the messy snow storm about a month ago.
