I'm a smoker... And I ain't going outside. I don't want to miss any of the game while in the garage.
How about a supplemental regular TV in the garage so smokers can watch the TV there for the short time they will be out there smoking .. if you don't have one I am sure that someone can bring one ... then all we need is a cable connector and a splitter (which you probably already have).

So then how would you be seeing the game if the party was not taking place at your place (guess the answer would be that you would go somewhere else to watch it ??) ??
I have a garage - Smoking allowed in there (I want to get a TV for in the garage for those who have to jaunt downstairs to the garage for a cig... don't want them to miss any of the game while smoking)
I have townhouse- No smoking allowed... game watching, beer drinking, chili eating allowed.

yeah -- so don't go to hassle of renting a big screen .. I think the regular supplemental TV would work fine ...

There should be no extra cost at all just to hook up a TV in the garage -- if you don't have an extra one someone can bring along a small set with them. I am thinking not only the money involved ... but also the hassle of the rental process ..

Well, I have two other TV's... just not strong enough to carry them downstairs! (God how I hate admitting that!)

Was also thinking if I do that, then we will need places to sit...
