on now... yep quiet but who would ever complain about new tires.

I was thinking what a weird step this was for me, just wanting tires that are quiet. Then I was thinking in the 1500 miles I put on my car each month perhaps 1/10 of one of those miles is spent handling some challenging curve or something. Guess handling should be there when you need it but I'm done with tires that handle well and make lots of noise in the process.

we want quiet in our daily drivers so we can hear ourselves think. maybe it comes with age.

I agree. Before I would daily drive R-Comps to work with no problem, now every sound bothers me and I drive hybrid! Lol
