this dude is an idiot. how can you be so displeased but yet keep the products on the car and than say you want your money back. it doesnt make any sense and hes completely wrong

You did nothing wrong, tell him he has 30 days to return the product in an unused state and you will provide full refund. Partial refund for damaged items

WE know it's used so, that means partial. If it looks good in his pictures. Flame him on the tsx forum screen capture all his posts and his text and let him have it

Pretty straightforward and fair business practice on your part. There will always be these types of people that you will eventually encounter in business. My advice is never take an order from him again.

Put him on blast on your IG page. Tell your side, you need to think about your reputation and how other potential customers will view your business. If he is publicly defaming you, you must defend yourself.
