Wait, what? A towing receipt is the reason this claim is 9 months old and still not settled?

I hope the NJ Department of Banking & Insurance reams out Esurance.

Paul, you MUST step up your game if you ever want to see RED again.

It's probably in your Fing car which they have! You get someone from AAA on the phone, a manager, explain the situation and get a written and notarized affidavit that your car was towed from the location you claim (they should also have a record because they would've paid for part of the bill) or ask if this person is willing to participate in a deposition to help settle your claim. AAA should have much better customer service than esurance, they'll help if you find the right person. Do this now!!!!

Also like Joe suggested, communicate this to the NJ Dept. of Banking and Insurance immediately.

You need to speak to a manager, explain the problem, and find out what they're willing to do to help. Consumer advocacy is part of what AAA does so they should be willing to help in some way that they haven't already if the seriousness of the situation is explained. Any photos of it on the tow truck? Did they put the tow truck driver directly in touch with you so the call would be on your phone records?

I can't believe those f@#king pieces of shit at esurance are calling you, your photos, a letter from Scott Lynn, a police report by a sworn PA State Trooper lies.

What the f@#k do these pieces of shit want? There is NO evidence to prove anything against your claim nor will there ever be. Are they going to hold your car until it rusts into the ground?
Further, everything they have SUPPORTS it and it's pretty hard to F with geotag and time stamp info especially when you have phone records of sending those pics to us right after it happened.

Paul- Did you pay AAA with a credit card? You should be able to get a copy from them.

This thread is totally mind boggling. I can't believe this "insurance company" is giving you this much bullshit over a honda s2000. We aren't talking about a koenigsegg for christ sake. It's a relatively small claim.

Best of luck dude.

^ right and there were no other motorists involved, no injuries, and no damage to public property.
