You can install one if you put the car up on jack stands. You need it up off the ground at least another foot, more if you can do it. When I put my Spoon on, I honestly could not tell that it made any difference. I don't track the car but a board member was selling his car and gave a price I couldn't refuse. Still, after having spent the money, I'm certain that just having it on there MUST give me at least an additional 0.5 g lateral force.

If you track the car or know of a road that you are very familiar with that can be taken at speed you can test it out. Personally, I think it does make a noticable difference but that's my opinion. You do need jack stands there is no way around that. Very easy to install for anyone with 2 hands.

Mingster's and Spoon X-brace don't make a big difference... Spoon is 3 lb lighter but 30 bucks more?? and Mingster's is heavier by 3 lb, but 30 bucks less and more strength... so.. it really doesn't matter to me...but the reason why I went with Spoon, is cuz that time Mingster didn't come up with his X-brace.. and I can't wait..!!
