I have got to say, I really like that Ithaca Beer Co. porter. I had several bottles of Gorges last night because it is so good. Between it and CascaZilla these seasonal beers are going to have me looking forward to winter next year.
John, thanks for driving me around. You can ride with me next winter in the big red Nissan, cause I suspect you'll want to drive your own S in a couple of months.
Abhi, sorry you could not make it. We will be doing another one soon I suspect, I'm going to run out of Gorges soon.
Eric, thanks for buying the other 1.5 cases so we were able to take advantage of the price break.
Skip, so we did survive the Chef's. So in the spirit of continued exploration where do we try next?
Marco, you poor man...

That's a tough question. We could always try Connie's in Waterloo?
BTW, I had the exact same breakfast at the Waneta Inn on Sunday for $3 less. Eric's just used to going first class. Regardless, it was a great outing and I should have bought more than I did, but I'll save that for the next outing.

The way to plan better is to make this #1 priority and drop everything else... , heh heh.
Doug - pleasure to give ya a ride.
I got my self a 6-pack from Wagner, 6-pack from Ithaca Beer, and a 4-pack of Ginger soda from Ithaca Beer. I'm good for 2 months or so. Oh Doug, when I saw the price of the cases of beer you and Eric got, it was like more than $100 combined. I thought, my gosh, that would last me a whole year!

For the record, I stopped at Franco's (restaurant) in Ithaca, today. They still had CascaZilla on tap. Knowing that there will be no more until next winter, I ordered a pint. Just wanted you folks to know that it's still very, very good.
