Default Albany snow, S2k sleepin'....

Sorry for my absense. Wow, alot has happened since October? Triple H and his resignation I remember hearing about. The Tsunami!? Alot has taken place, well to me it seems. I just got back from Antarctica and still have so much around here to catch up on. (personal stuff and the Site)

But its still winter and just in time comes another snow storm heading the NY way! Thats cool by me 'cause I need to catch up on my snow drifting in the 240 with some friends. Only happens once a year and it bides the time while the S2000 is put away. (I wonder if I'll ever break down and buy that Hondata gasket?)

Anyway, I need to update my membership as it expired back in October. Sorry to all the new folks in the Albany area for a rather slow season but thats how winters are with the S2K. I'd say by mid April we should be in the clear from snow and especially salt, so the S2's can be dusted off and tuned up for another fun season ahead of us.

By the way, to subside those ambitions to drive hard during the wintertime, go pick up a copy of GT4 for PS2! It rocks hard!!

Good to hear from ya Levi. I don't know if I'm going to have another sort-of big run this year. I'm looking at getting a second job to pay some bills off faster so my time will be precious to me. But I might be able to plan a little night-on-the-town perhaps somewhere in Lake George (downtown) for a little cruise-in and dinner. Haven't thought about it much though really. Its a long year ahead, and here its already March now! Anyway, I'll be around. TTYL

amen brother! and yeah GT4 is a lot of fun. It is getting boring already.. i have it for 5 days now and it seems like the same old thing again.. nothing is good for long now adays if it doesnt have online capabilities.. atleast thats what i think. I mean i been playing Socom online since day 1.

Thanks guys, you're too kind. Really.

Just bought that logitech pro steering wheel w/shifter and pedals exclusively for GT4 and damn, its like playing at the arcade, minus a nice Momo or Sparco seat!

I can't believe how much input the wheel provides, especially if you lose it in a corner. Its reminds of how Daytona USA is in the arcades. But its definitely a great upgrade to an already awesome game!
