Brake Caliper Paint, spray or brush?
#2
I spent money on powdercoating, it faded after a year.
Went to AutoZone and got the brake caliper paint kit, spray on, just tape off what you don't want paint on.
Worked great, lasted 2 years so far, no issues.

but idk if i really want to tear apart and rebuild all 4 calipers leaving the car undrivable for a while...

You can do the aforementioned paint kit in a couple of hours tops with the calipers on the car.
No rebuilding necessary and just as good if not better than powdercoating, at least in my opinion.

Plenty of squeal on street though. You will have to relearn how to drive and erm! Your girlfriend would have proper grounds to seek separation.

I had the G2 caliper paint. It was indestructible until I got fast and went nuts with my brakes, then it started to fade and the silver turned gold. Now I have a gold caliper FL, a rusty MY05 take-off FR, and semi-faded rear discs. Black or red might be longer lasting.
