Thumbs up Dino BBQ Meet - Pick a Date

So I thought it'd be nice if we got together once over the winter. As Dinosaur BBQ has opened in town, I thought we could go there for a lunch meet.

Please post up and pick a date. We will meet for lunch and conversation. There will be no drive as I suspect not many of us are really looking to plod around in our winter beaters.

http://www.dinosaurbarbque.com/locations/troy/menu.aspx

I will keep this poll open through December 15th and then pick the date most people have voted for.

So vote up people and get heard

god know, Ellen needs to put some miles on her Civic

I got all excited when I clicked on the link.

Then I realized you weren't talking about the one in Rochester. Or even Syracuse.

Sarah and you are always welcome Marc

You will also have a place to camp overnight if ever you should head this way.

I wanted to go to this place Wednesday night, but JJ wanted Italian. So I decided Im gonna wait to go with the gang.

Hey I'm up to 3K on the Civic now! Tom has 11K on his Insight, bought just 2 weeks previous

Dino BBQ does NOT sound like a place that will have anything I will eat

Looked at the menu - even the couple dishes I would eat are ruined by tobasco or are termed "spicy".

Probably going to pass on this one sorry

I had the same reaction!

Maybe when Doug gets back on Monday we can plan something at the Rochester Dino too.

Ok, I'm done hijacking your thread now.....

Besides Ellen, how can you say no to Fried Green Tomatoes (haven't had them since I moved here from the South)

FRIED GREEN TOMATOES
ORIGINAL - Crispy fried, sprinkled with Pecorino Romano cheese and
served with a cayenne buttermilk ranch dressing
3 pieces $5.95
5 pieces $8.95

Cool! A simultaneous Upstate meet at Dino! We can all meet the same day and time, just 3 different locations. Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany.

Sorry that whole description makes me ill From the look of the menu anything they serve will be too spicy for me.

I can still send Tom. He'll be free any day except Jan 22.
