With Doug stepping down, I think the Community needs to look at this as an opportunity to have someone new take on the CO role. Doug did a lot for this community so they have some big shoes to fill. Like I have said in the past, ideally we would like to see 2 COs in the Upstate NY region. Since I am not from the area, I have no say in the nominees, but I will be here to oversee (along with JulieU) the nomination process.

I've seen a lot of names being thrown around but I'm yet to see someone acknowledge themelves as a candidate. Please post if someone has nominated you and you feel that you can fit this role. I will say this... ideally, I would like them to be an s2000 owner and also have some years on the forum.
