11/9 Drive Details
9:45- Roch/Buff group meets at Canandaigua
Exit 44 from Rte90/Thruway onto Rte332, go straight out of tollbooth, heading south on Rte332 for just a half mile. Turn right into Sunoco/Express Mart at the corner of Rte332 and Collett Road.
10:15- Caravan leaves Sunoco/Express Mart and drives to Watkins Glen
We will leave at 10:15. If you are not sure how long it is going to take you to get to Exit44 give yourself extra time because we will depart at 10:15.
11:45- Ithaca/Glen/PA group meets at P&C in Watkins Glen
11:45- Roch/Buff group meets up with others at the P&C
12:00- Entire group heads out for one or two trips around Cameron Argetsinger

Many thanks go out to Skip and Eric, even though Skip has his priorities are all messed up. We were able to make a lot of progress yesterday on the details.

We picked a place for lunch, I will call today and make some reservations and explain to the hostess that the number of our party will depend on the weather. Reservations will be under the name "S2000 Club" at Seneca Harbor Station, www.senecaharborstation.com

We were also able to figure out our specific route and what wineries we must stop at and the optional ones based upon our timing. Mind you what will be critical is being back to Geneva at 5:00. I do not want the event to run late for those who have a longer drive home. As soon as we have picked a place in Geneva for diner and drinks that too will get posted.

So today look for the following:

- route/wineries - DONE
- dinner & drinks spot in Geneva - DONE

Here is the plan
From Watkins Glen, we'll drive up to Wagners. (V on the Map) This is one of the bigger wineries, and they also make good beer. Must See #1.

Heading south again, we will pass Standing Stone in Valois. For some reason it's not on the map, so check out www.standingstonewines.com . This is a small, family run place that makes great wine. Must See #2.

Next up is Glenora (I) This is another big one, and probably the most upscale. We also will plan for a great Photo Opp here. Must See #3.

Finally, heading towards Geneva, optional stop #3 is Fox Run (B).

We now have a final meeting place in Geneva.
We should be there at 5:00.
Those who want to stay and have a drink or food are welcomed.
Those who need to head home can do so, you will be very close to Rte 90/Thruway.

I'm going home now and will not be checking the forum on Saturday. The sun is shinning and I am going home to bond with my car.
