Thanks for the update, but if you want a car show, Lake George is crazy this weekend I hear.
I just want to meet up with the fellas here and hang out a bit.

Just wanted to add, if it does happen to rain a bit, I plan to still be here tonight but probably in the Suuby WRX wagon instead. So I will def be there tonight.
Hope to see anyone that still wants to come out.

We had a good turnout and a great time. Hard to believe I got home 20 minutes ago. I got there at 6:30 and stayed there for nearly three hours talking to the people that showed up. It was so much fun. If you are not busy with anything, you should come out to the next one which will likely be the last one before Guptills closes for the season.
Originally it was just Mark and I and we high-fived thinking it would be an all Civic meet. Well a bit later Steve (CurlyMoe) showed up, followed by Mandy and her children, and Jeremy a few minutes later. So the ratio of Civics to S2000's was proportionate.
Then this car pulled up. We all wondered who it was
It was Gordy (Bilzfan) and his plus one, Janet. They decided to swing by and make a stop here before their further trip down to the city
We let Jeremy and Mandy go and get icecream with the kids first and stayed back to watch the cars. Once they were back, we went to get icecream. When we got back, I saw this car. Hmm...I'd seen this before. Gave it a point-by on the track...could it really be him?!?
Indeed it was. Just when I thought the long distance award would go to Bilzfan and Janet, ChefS2000 (John) arrived driving all the way from Long Island just to hang out with the group. I was surprised and delighted to see him
I decided Chef's trip up for a Crystal Pepsi had to be documented with an obligatory selfie
All said and done, this has been a great weekend for me. I convoyed with three S2000s down to Lime Rock, where we met a fourth S2000. And today we had two members drive a long distance to come hang out. This community is alive and well. We may be quiet, but surprises abound. It was great to see everyone and I really hope more people come out to the drive next weekend for the Tri-State

Once again, good photos.
It was a good and low-key event but fun. I'm going all in for a Guptills Apple Pie Sundae next time.
Kudos also goes to BlitzFan and ChefS2000 for making a long drive and hanging out. Nice to see some new faces.
Until next month.....
