Have anyone heard of Square Trade?

Apparently itz a safe way to exchange goods and payment. Any use it before? I wanted to know how much i can trust this site since i'll be moving rather big sum of payment.

A wire transfer direct to my account would be my choice to move money. Talk to the people at your bank. When it clears then let the car go. I
