Looks like you are in my neck of the woods. Can you share some additional info regarding the issue you are having? May be something simple. That being said, I don't know anyone specifically in Buffalo that does s2k work. For something like that I would take it to Jake out in Albany. Bit of a hike, but worth it.

for example. When you drive 30mph. And right now you select 4th gear. Then your foot move from clutch and gas. Then rpm and speed will be drop. At that time when the rpm during 3000-2000 the car will be have some vibrations and noise from the transmission. I go to shom shop check the car i can hear some noise coming from the transmission.

How long have you had the car? Is this a new problem, or has it been going on for awhile?

2000-3000 rpm is too low to be cruising in 4th gear. Is it really a problem, or are you lugging the motor in too low a gear?

^ I'm with Mark. Also do you have the AC running?

Tell you what, meet up with Shiv and let him drive your car. As Mark says you are probably lugging the engine.

My guess is its the diff and not the tranny. Those tranny's are pretty hearty until you track them (Am I Right SHIV), but the Diff's tend to be the week link whether you baby them or not.
