Evaporator on way.

this is not my car... just a visual prep I'm going through...
As much as I like old cars and have thought about doing a restoration, this image sobers me up. Cars are like houses. Should be replaced every 10 years.

Big time satisfaction when it all comes back together. You want to paint on the side with a big sloppy brush:

" I DOOD IT "

(inside joke as a guy when we were growing up was proud of his fence he made out of pallets, and wroter that on it...)

Cone Mark - would that apply to your S2 as well? What you said made me wonder if I should keep my S beyond 2016 considering my limited knowledge and capability.

How'd you like to find your heater core is discontinued for you MY02 ?
Even though my 91 uses the same core, it's gone.
Yikes. Soon, a lot more S2K stuff will be checking out...

More than 10 years old. Not required to stock it.

Took me two years to find a new old stock trim piece for the X1/9. Standard collision part for a 12 year old car.

A2--Don't buy an old motorcycle you can't fix. Most dealers flat out refuse to work on bikes more than 10 years old.

Great photo, Jeff. So was the bike that made noise the reason you are such a car guy now?
