Thanks Mark. Yeah, just really flipped out. That was louder than any gun I ever fired without ear protection and the concussion for just a mountain bike tire was impressive.

I've had ATV tires jump the bead and bend the protective fill cages, but I haven't been this close with my face to a tire blast.

It really was messed up and disorienting, like falling off a high ladder, or a high tree and hitting branches on the way down. The Private Ryan scene is about best though for what I was doing afterwords. Shocked...

Inside now. No tv. Just quiet. Really don't even hear the keys clicking while typing. Going to relax.

Wow that's scary could have turned out a lot worse!

I'm glad you're ok.

How are the ears this morning Jeff? Did you get your hearing and senses back?

Thanks Harry. Yeah, better, but man, that was a big hit without contact. Still messed up a bit today, but stayed active.

Jake... LOL. I'm at about 50/50...

They actually call the house a Georgian Colonial "five over four with a door".

The garages would be "four on the floor".

I always suspected the bikes (or any exercises) were dangerous. Jeff proved it.
