Default SCDA @ Lime Rock Saturday 10/27

** Update 10/17/12) Schedule posted **
http://www.scda1.com/documents/2012_...k_half_day.pdf

Derek (suspension) and I had a blast at LRP yesterday with SCDA. We're going to use our $50 credits towards the Saturday 10/27 event as the final track day of the season. The event is an afternoon (12-6) day but with full track time ((1) 20 minute session and (3) 25 minute sessions). They will not have instructors, so you'll need to be signed off for solo!

Is anyone out there interested in joining us?

I will be there. I'm yet to sign up though. If there is a $50 credit, I wonder if I can ask Ian to apply it now as I have already signed up for the NHMS event on 10/1

Derek and I have the $50 credits because of our referral for yesterdays event. The credit is not tied to the 10/27 date. You'll need to have a gift certificate issued by Ian to get the credit.

You have more than enough track experience to qualify for this. Derek had never been to LRP before and went without instruction in INT2. He did better than I for sure and I've run there more than 5 times! E-mail Ian through the website or just register and make not of your experience, I wouldn't worry about it.

FYI, Ian just confirmed my registration but noted that the day is almost full. Register ASAP if you want to make the cutoff.

Ketchup, you'll be fine. Just email Ian and mention Mike and I (Derek) and your track experience and you should have no problem running. I'll sign up today. Oh, and I had no problems with my exhaust, I was definitely not the loudest one there.

Here's video from my car yesterday. Mike is in front of me at the beginning. It's only the second session because my GoPro battery died (I left it on between sessions, doh!) I was getting better throughout the day but I'm still not comfortable carrying the speed required in to the downhill.

Derek,

Great reaction time and skill demonstrated in what appeared to be about the fastest car out there.

Had I been driving, we would have seen spins at 1:20 and 10:44 and probably at 7.08 and 9:45. When my car breaks loose, it stays that way! I need to up my game.
