Greg - Many thanks for helping out with the lug nuts. Otherwise I'd probably cancel and sit home. Most of the classes including the one I am in have to run on street tires, otherwise those Hoosier wets look tempting.

Harry - I've driven the Suzuki Swift before. It is a nice little car with around 80-90 HP. First time I drove it on track though. A couple of friends in India own Swifts and I got to drive them on a few occasions.

Greg - sent you a text. About to hit the sack. Didn’t stay too late at the party. Came back, early so I can rest up before the long day tomorrow. . Think I’m 3rd in class but they may have me in the wrong class. If they change it then I’ll be out of the podium.

Got to meet Jack Baruth again. He’s here crewing for his wife. I may adjust the dampening on the rear. I may just need a bit more rotation. Let’s see if that does the trick tomorrow.

I am sure you are glad to be home after a long trip to PIRC.

You could have stopped off at Exit 42 and headed south to Watkins Glen and spent another 2 days on track with SCDA.
The last time I did a race followed by a track event was in 2015 when I was at Watkins for 6 days.

I did think about Watkins on the way home but JJ would have killed me

i got home at 1:10 AM. Could have made it sooner but I was tired after two days on track and made frequent stops to keep awake. I’ll type up a report soon.

Managed to upload some videos last night. Here are the two time Attack sessions. The first is from day 1 when I set my fastest lap. The second is from the last session of day two. I’d lost position as it had rained during my timed sessions in the morning drying up for the latter groups. So I made up enough time to secure third.
