Jeff congrats! I hit deer all over NE and N Cali. Never got any supper either!
Glad to hear it was relatively minor and all are ok.
I'm wondering about the page for red in the book, what's the procedure?
Red page in the kids book? That has an elephant driving a big red bus with the number 1 in a Le Mans style roundel on the side.

Would love to see the REVS institute. May have to take you up on your invite at some point

Jeff, welcome to the 70 year old club!! I have been 70 for about a month and I have been forgetting things on a accelerated bases. Somehow I forgot for a couple of weeks about this forum when I swear I looked at it yesterday.
Happy belated birthday Buddy!

PUSH-PUSH- They have a Gurney Eagle! PUSH-PUSH
Your visit with guests will be much more rewarding if you already know the place. You are SO close to one of the top 5 car museums in the world. Just GO! When you leave you will be thinking why didn't I do this sooner.

A proper race car

Sorry A2, could be to small a space for you

Yes I need a more comfortable cabin. A GT race car would be rightly sized for me

I have an idea for Mr Osprey. I too think you have a talent for writing and I think your stuff is more entertaining than a lot of articles I read in the car mags I subsribe to. There's a huge void left since Peter Egan retired (personal favorite). seeing how his shoes are too big for anyone's feet to fill, might I suggest a 2nd career as a 'ghost writer" for Jake and Bugsy's tales of spending long hours in their shops working on projects most of us wouldn't attempt. Of course, keeping an old MG not only running, but racing, should be chapter 1. Just a thought, but I'd buy a subscription. btw, I'm sober at the moment and supposedly working. haha
