Saw a yellow C7 Z06 on the way to work this morning. Only thought I had with this weather and these road conditions?

"That's a bold move, Cotton."

Saw a BMW M2 at the Albany airport on Saturday parked in the garage with snow all over its wheels and in the wheel wells. Car was on snows and I kinda appreciate the owner driving it all year round.

I'm really amazed at the performance of the Civic Type R. It's definitely a giant killer while being a giant in comparison to the ITR

Where is everybody? I've missed you!

Over the last few weeks, I've continued to work on the Volvo (sporadically), went skiing at Okemo (one day - that big snowstorm - next day, too cold for me and my legs objected!), got sick, cleaned the basement and looked over the parts for the MGA ghost main engine build. Next big project is to assemble that engine. Also reading Aashish's Hobbo on loan to me.

Have the opportunity to go to Sebring at the end of the month to race the MGA. Time, distance and prep wise, don't think I can pull it off.

I thought you’d be in the shire by now visiting the Bagginses.

Instead you’ve been here in Connecticut working on the bus.

My Si was dropped off last week to the Tuner in Mass with Greg’s help. Without the wife and kid at home I’m wandering around aimlessly while not at work depending on the kindness of strangers.

Spent parts of my weekend watching the 24h at Daytona when I could find it on the dial.

Realized I was bad luck, because it seemed like every time I turned it on, there was another car retiring within 5 minutes of me starting to watch.

I started to watch the 24 hours on Sunday morning. Never did see any actual racing. Cars either under yellow or parked. So my viewing was sporadic to say the least.

So I'm not exactly sure what the tuner is expected to achieve exactly for the Si. I do all sorts of tuning for my car and by my seat-of-the-pants dyno testing, I'm not sure I ever achieved anything except finally, after 5 years, getting rid of that misfire. But it does sound glamorous.

He’ll be the new Graham Hill. I think victory at Le Mans or Monaco eluded Mario

Hope you guys had fun at the 24. Can’t wait to see the continental (or whatever it is called now) Race.
