Wind storm

Worst I had was having to pick up the trash and recycle bins that had migrated 5' over to the truck.
No damage here, though our peak gusts came in just over the mid-60 mph range.
Though I did notice I have a communications cable drooping off the pole in the backyard.
There was one gust that woke me up in the middle of the night. Hit the front of the house, and I hear the front creak, then the middle, then the back. I figure the house just did the equivalent of when I crack my back

Power is still out here. Latest estimate is we will be back in service at 10pm tonight.
I don't know how we would manage without the generator. I've been running it in the evenings when we are home from work. Been able to run the furnace, refrigerator, and a light and TV in the living room. Broke out the old camp stove and had a hot meal last night. Glad we hooked up to public water a few years back. Hot showers are nice.
