Hey there,
So, I have tenants that I need to remove. My attorney said that he'll go to court immediately and he'll win the case so that's not the issue.
He stated the issue is that the sheriff's department can take a long while to physically remove tenants depending on their backlog. The issue is I'm selling my house so non-paying tenants need to leave regardless and they won't.
So, does anyone know a Suffolk county Sheriff that could hopefully speed up the file once the court case is through?
