New front wheel and line up that brake lever and you'll be good to go, frame and fork don't look bangd up
yeah, the only issue is that the fork is carbon and i don't trust it to not have stress fractures etc. Unfortunately, the fork is a proprietary design from Klein back in the day, so im at a loss on how to replace it. The handle bar is slightly bent, the seat bent/scuffed and the bottom bracket or front crank/cogs are kinked as they now wobble and rub the front derailer while pedaling. The actual frame and its nice paint job seem to have no damage! After i talk to the ladies adjuster and get it squared away, ill break it all down and see what can be fixed/replaced!

hm.. what year is that bike? That front fork doesn't quite look like carbon to be honest, and It most likely would have snapped or cracked if it was...

It's a carbon fiber composite fork with an aero crown. I'm really surprised it didn't break as well. From what i've found its got a 1" Tange-Seiki VR-254 headset but would need a spacer (the fork you showed me on that website) to make it fit right.
