i have a verizon blackberry bold, and when i am on s2ki forums not logged in, it will show all the threads but when i log in it doesnt show the threads..any ideas why?

Syed, I have the Droid and the BB, both are acting up. The Droid is like possessed, it makes phone calls and texts on its on as if someone is pressing the touch screen. The ball on the BB stopped working. Both are under a year old, can they be warranteed still? Do I just go to any Verizon store? I don't have the original boxes anymore though.

Rather than wasting your time going to Corporate (most of the time 1 hour+ wait time), you can just call customer service tell them the problems and they can ship you a certified like new replacement.
Both options give you the same result except the first requires you to sit in the store the other makes you sit on the phone. However, the phone route is quicker.
