hi all,

been trying to view some diy threads and it says i dont have access , eg this thread?

why is this as im a paid member

Same with me on that link, I tried loads of others with no problem. That link doesn't look right it should look like:- http (not sure it should have the s for secure) ://www.s2ki.com/forums/ (Should have a container title here i.e. "under the bonnet") /showthread.php?t=209708

How did you get there was it a site search?

Just had a skim through the FAQ, and links to DIY's some not all have a similar format (with the s) to that you posted and all but a couple worked OK, the ones that didn't look like the original post had been archived.? puzzling.

So every link that doesn't work has been posted by someone within another thread if that makes sense

Ie they are all old links so haven't been changed for ages therfore shouldn't be broken..

That thread was deleted, it was posted by a member called xviper from the states, he had a meltdown and deleted everything he ever posted, which was a lot of DIY threads

He was a nice guy too
