I think you will find that it is < 125cc (and up to 11Kw IIRC).

If you are only riding in the city then get a scooter, so much more practical.

Honda Zoomer 50 Special ONLY 30 miles, ££££ spent

i know nothing about scooters other than there are some large engined ones around now. A tool on something called a TMAX (is that twatmax vs VMAX for velocity max) tried to race me at the lights the other day. When he royally lost he then nearly killed himself to get by in traffic.

they are unstable with dinky wheels but will do the job

Yamaha dt125lc 1986 ypvs full power

There's a '14 Yam YBR 125 (cat C) for a bit over a monkey on that site.

Leave you some change toward all the gear and insurance and shit you'll need. A bag isn't a lot...and you'll be less worried if you drop it due to some dozy cur driver.

Nick makes a good point as always

you need a lid
you really want a good jacket
some jeans - JTS do very decent kevlar jeans @ £100

I had a YBR125 to learn on, it was fine. Did 80 miles a day on it until i passed my test. For a grand, i'd rather have a tatty old CB500.
