Default little computer help please

After i search images on yahoo or google and try to click on a pic i get redirected to another search engine. if i press the back button it will some times go to the image that i wanted to see but not always. i deleted all my cookies, files and history and that did not help i also scaned my computer with AVG antivirus and came up with a trogan and i removed it(cant rember the name of the virus). i also scaned with ad-ware, spybot and spy dr and all of them came up with nothing. what should i do? here are some pics i took in case i did not explain it clearly.

yahoo searchs the images correctly but when i click on a pic it takes me here(below pic)

the other problem i am having is when i am using my laptop and i am not connected to the internet this box saying "work offline" pops up and i close it. it will continute to pop up many more times then it will final stop poping up but later it will start poping up again. whats wrong?
here is a pic of the window that keeps poping up

thanks for the help. i am in the health care feild and dont know much about computers.

1st problem: Go to search and search for upspiral. You can also go to Control Panel---Add/remove program. Delete Upspiral. This is caused by a program which is on your computer.

2nd problem: The reason this is happening is beceause you have a program on your computer which attempts to use the internet by itself. The way you can find out which program is causing this is to press ctrl+alt+del, click on processes, and start closing programs under your user name. You should close everything except explorer.exe & taskmgr.exe. This will solve your problem
