I would have never of guessed that I would have waited in line for this especially since I didn't know these were coming out.
But seeing these go for a lot more than they are worth I gave it a shot!

This whole event was crazy and I met all kinds of different people in line.
I do have to admit though, it was entertaining!

 

How much you get them for? Did they charge retail or did they put a fee on top of that

How did you get 4!!!!???? I was going to stand in line, but there were a bunch of people in line at 3pm yesterday and the store was not selling opening to sell them till 9AM this morning. From what I hear they are going to bring in some big dollars on ebay.

 

yep... I bet they are on ebay right now for a stupid amount of money.... either that or Microsoft made enough and it don't matter and now you have 4 360's....

I saw people camped out yesterday at Best Buy at 2pm.

 

Sorry, I have to make fun of people who camp out for this one. The launch titles don't look like anything to die for.

 

yeah, i tried to camp, but i was 29th in line @ a store that was only selling 26 units -_-;

i just wanted to hawk it off on ebay though. Dammit. i need some extra cash....

 

I've read rumors that Microsoft is deliberately limiting the first shipment quantities, to deliberately drive second-hand prices up and provoke this frenzy. It's all about having the buzz... Some ebay bids are over $2500. Dunno if any that much are legit though. f20kills, I'm rather suprised the store let you buy four. Report back when you had them sold - I'm curious what the actual market price is on them now.

 

Yeah, I just checked Ebay and they are 2 up over $1700!!!!
