You are obviously not in the same market.
I am not interested in a tiny car with cheap interior like the C320.
I'm not interested in a small rear wheel drive car either. They don't do well in the snow.
Even if I want a RWD car, I would probably go for LS430. However, I don't feel like to spend 55k on a car. 33k for this car is a pretty good deal.
If IS300 was 25k, I would have considered it. I have no idea why they would sell those IS300s at 35k loaded.
Lexus and mercedes remain as my 2 favorite brands, but I'm buying a car, not a brand name.
This is one good looking family car with as much safety feature as any luxury car, without the luxury car pricing

I have one friend with a TL and one with a CL, both have the GPS - which is cool and can come in handy. I wish they would offer it on the S2k like they do in Japan. Its much more intuitive than the Boxster's GPS - which actually blows chunks!
The TL's and CL's are great cars. They handle well and have, not the softest rides, but soft enough for the money.
If I didn't want the convertible, I'd have to go for a CL-S myself. Its too sweet.
