Default Radio cover signed by shigeru uehara, how rare?

Something I've always wanted, does anyone know how rare they are? I've come across it a few times in the past in terms of images on Instagram.

How do people acquire such things?

Most got them from attending S2000 Homecoming events, the first or second ones as he attended both events and signed stuff for people. I'd say they're fairly rare.

FYI - there's been 3 homecoming events, 2007, 2010 & 2015. Uehara attended in 2007 & 2010 only.

Not that rare, as I'm sure he's signed dozens of radio doors, S2000 models, posters, etc. over the years. I'm fortunate to have his signature on three cars.

I'd love to find an autographed radio door. I had the pleasure of meeting Uehara at NSXPO in Orlando, 2006. I won a poster at the charity raffle during the dinner reception. Its my favorite piece of car memorabilia. Its signed by Peter Cunningham and Shigeru Uehara. I search Ebay often but haven't found one yet.

I don't know how many people took their radio doors off to have signed by him at the first two but I'd guess there aren't too many floating around. I got to attend the 3rd Homecoming and was bummed about Shigeru Uehara not being there because I wanted mine to be signed. But he's such a dope guy that he recorded a video message that they had playing on TV's there and he signed a bunch of things and shipped them over for the event raffle including radio doors. Best bet would be to post in the WTB section and hope someone wants to part with theirs.

I found some of the most rare parts over the years but one I could never get my hands on was the signed radio door, I wanted one badly but never had one come up for sale during my searches. It makes a great finishing touch to the interior IMO.

A couple people sold them right after homecoming 1, I believe they had a couple doors signed at the same time. Smart thinking I think.

I brought a spare cover to homecoming 3 just in case Uehara made an appearance, needless to say, I now have a spare (unsigned) cover in my stash of parts
