stick rental
i am having a very hard time finding a rental car place that offers sticks for rent.
i dont know, but i got a feeling it is impossible to find one.
i live in the bay area norther cali.
does anyone know something i dont?
cause i need to practice on a stick cause i plan on getting a 04 s2000.

I'm no expert on this subject.. but it may seem that people might want to abuse a manual and redline the car to hell causing the company damage... yet i've seen exotic car rental places have manual... agian i'm no expert
I suggest finding a friend to take you for a ride in a manual car one day, it only takes a few hours and you learn the basics of a stick

They are not cheap but the last time I check, you can even rent an S2000.

Dig up your local yellow pages and find the more ghetto rental places.
There is a place here in Alameda that has manual Miatas and some other hoopdies for a decent price.
