Websites for values of un-restored classic cars?
 

What websites besides are there besides Hemmings where I can find out about the value of un-restored classic cars? Cleaning out my uncle's place, there's a Ford Model T, a Ford pick-up (guessing mid 40's to late 50's), a 240Z and a Ford Galaxy 500 (guessing mid-60's). Will post pics soon of all of them soon.

Note: though they are in un-restored condition, they all need a full restoration.

Thanks, but I think Barrett Jackson would have prices for restored or pristine un-restored cars, not cars that need to be restored.

Unrestored are making a comeback, especially if they have their history intact.

Overall condition, rarity/uniqueness and completeness of the vehicle will determine the best price. With the models you've listed rarity is out, so if the cars are not thoroughly rusted out hulks and are not missing parts they are worth trying to sell.

If your cleaning out your Uncle's place, look into a estate sale service. We're cleaning out my in-laws house and had someone to take a look. They didn't have any antiques but the woman said not to throw anything out.

People at estate sales will buy almost anything, even half empty containers of spices and other stuff that you'd think should just go into the trash.


I figured why pay to haul the junk away if someone will pay to take it.
