well i just got the s2k so im still gung-ho on driving it with the top down
since its raining, i'll be practicing my launches in the rain in the wrx

 

tomorrow i get my s2k back from the shop w/ a new used working motor and a new used 2002 tranny been over a month since i drove it, due to personal injury and the engine trouble. I can't wait, i'm practically peeing my pants.

to top it off, sunny and upper 70s until i go to bali in two weeks!!!

personal injury

the care trouble is from an overrev at the track...i did a session w/o realizing i had no brakes, and i shifted a bit early a couple of times b/c my speed/timing was off. Turned some damn fast laptimes though!!!

 

Ugh - that sucks (all of it). Hope you're doing better soon...

Then again, fast lap times are worth it all......
