Recaro Japan rails works with OEM seat belt. I have it on my driver side in my 07 paired with an ASM bucket seat.

Thanks. I saw these for less than the Mugen rails. Anyone have experience with these on PP? Does it sit lower than stock with PP?

Agree. Do you have an extender to the stock receptacle or did you mount your extender directly to the mount on the rail

Mounted directly to the rail. The receptacle is just too long to directly mount and have it work in any meaningful way I think. It would be really cool if a company made an extender with a direct mounting bracket for this sort of usage.

Yep would be a big seller I’d imagine.

Most of the bucket seats don't allow the stock belt to sit properly on the waist anyway.

Recaro Pole Position ABE version does if you find one. Mine is mounted on a Ballade Sports seat rail (discontinued) and it's a perfect fit.

Does anyone else notice the lack of foam at the portion where the head rests against the seat on the Pole Position? Compared to the RSG it’s rather uncomfortable and worrying in the case of an accident. It feels like it’s literally just the seat cover then the fiberglass

A lot of racing seats lack head rest padding to make room for helmets. That being said, seats like RSG (and leather PP's imo) probably have more padding because they may or may not meant to be more comfy for off track use.
