My only comment is; where you're at you aren't going to be plowing with it. Too much snow, and piles get way too high. The pickup that does the houses in my in laws neighborhood, struggles. You will need a big blower if you wanna Do it yourself.

But hey, if you can use snow plowing to justify a new toy to Jen.....I say go for it

I thought about that... my brother in law has a plow on his ATV and it works (he lives off of Ravenna) and his driveway is longer than our new home. I contemplated getting a snow blower as well because honestly, I think we will need both. Trust me, I'm not sure I want to "justify" getting an ATV right now given all the other expenses. We might get a big snow blower this year and keep our fingers crossed we don't get totally buried. Then next year, go ATV. I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do yet... but I know I need to decide soon. It's September, and I think it snows from October till June out there

Morning... anyone have any experience shopping for ATVs? I'm not looking at one for fun though... more for around the house and snowplowing.
For what you want it for the sportsman or outdoorsman is the perfect fit. Get a 4x4 if its in the budget, you wont regret it.

If you're looking for new, drive over to State 8 and test sit a couple. Their staff is very knowledgeable and can fit you with exactly what you want.

Had buddy's that had grizzly 's and they never had huge problems either... also use to plow with my dad's 400 as well... for around the house you really don't need more power.

Thanks for the input. I definitely would get one that's a 4x4. In Chardon, given the amount of snow they get, it would be insane to try to plow with a 2WD ATV. Might be fun, but I doubt I'd get very far. That reminds me.. another problem I didn't think about...I wonder if I can squeeze the CRV, the S2000, and an ATV into our garage. (The wagon is going to have to sleep outside again). I wonder if I put the smurf on casters I can tuck the car into the corner of the garage and make extra space....

Doing final walk-through today... I'll probably spend most of my time in the garage measuring and figuring out how much paint I need for this weekend.

Hell, Denny, Greg and I put three S2000's in a two car garage with no problem and we didn't need skates to do it.
