How he got there:


He "flew" halfway across the gravel trap before he landed and went sideways all the way to the tires.

They rebuilt the car before the afternoon and he qualified 3rd in class.

 

Thank you Popeye for the tickets. We had a blast today. That Ferrari was amazing. I will post some pics soon. Andy took a great shot of that Aston.

 

yeah that F430LM was sick! that and DB9R was my favorite of the day! Wish Maserati still brought out the MC12R.

Turns out that Le Mans was well, erm, ah, excellent.

Still sorting pictures out, but highlights were a couple of hours in the Creation LMP1 pit garage, sneaking through the woods to restricted track areas, and doing a lot of damage to my liver
