I'm sorry to hear that Ray... seems hardly the neighborhood where people would be breaking into cars
(especially since I left my doors open at Rich's when I was there last time)

call sirius with the serial number and tell them you want notification when someone tries to activate that account and there information. We do that at work all the time when people's get stolen.
