[QUOTE=Mocky;24156653]lol. If you are looking for a low mileage collector car, mine isn't it. It was hit down at deals gap, my friend backed into it once, it has seen track days, been in the rain and modded. The only part of "collector" car might be that it has "lower" miles. I don't drive it a lot but when I do, I drive it.

lol thanks mocky I had a feeling you drive yours. Yes I am looking for a collector one, maybe I will run into the mythical white one in Columbus. I do love the apex blue the best.

I'm surprised there are any CRs in Ohio. The weather barely tolerates the standard cars. Unless you want do drive a coupe. I can count the S2000s I've seen in the past three summers on two hands and that includes no CR models.

Chuck I agree! I have never seen a CR in Ohio, let alone drive mine very much

There are two white ones in Columbus, the one I have only heard of, the other I know the guy. Hopefully we will get together this summer, if so I will let you know. His car would be a good collector car (all OEM and 9k miles), but he isn't selling. I think he gets several random offers a year and my guess is if he did sell he could get well north of $40k quite easily.

What are you on about? The CR is still an S2000 it just doesn't have a soft top. Some of us have hardtops that run them most of the time.

Just because you don't see them doesn't mean there aren't any. I never see Ferrari's where I live, I don't then make the generalization that there aren't any Ferrari's in Michigan.

Definitely not mine. I don't plan on selling it but I also don't plan on sitting in the garage forever either.

As far as S2000 (whether CR or not) in Ohio goes. I disagree. It is easier to own one with a soft top than a CR because of the roof limitations but it's no different than owning a Corvette or an old muscle car. Limited driving time but you enjoy it when you can.
