Hello! I was sorely disappointed at my first Cars and Coffee event as there was only one other S2000. There were three (count them three) Datsun 270 Zs but only two S2Ks? It's a disgrace!

I hope more S2K owners will be attending these events in the future. They are every Saturday (approximately 9AM to noon) at the Lennox Town Center on Olentangy River Road. Here is a link to the website: Columbus Cars and Coffee – Everyone is Welcome and you can also look them up on FB.

Other than the disappointment at only seeing one other S2K, it was a really positive, diverse group of people and cars. Very nice way to start a Saturday, indeed! Hope to see other local S2K owners out there in the future!

I make it to cars and coffee a handful of times a year, but to it's not that enjoyable for me. I'm not sure you will get the most positive of reactions calling S2000 owners disgraceful for not randomly showing up to a meet. Maybe a better attempt would be to start a thread seeing if others want to go with being positive.

One of these weekends, I'll make it down there and I'll make a C&C. Of course, I'll most likely be towing a 1 year old so no S2k. for me. Actually, I'll be down there later this summer so maybe I'll come out and check it out. Wish it was a Sunday and not a Saturday though!

YouKnowRowdy, where is the C&C down here in Columbus? I was planning on hitting up the big one in May, but haven't really gotten a chance to make it out to these other ones. I am in Columbus so making it to one really shouldn't be an issue.

For what it's worth, I went to a C&C here a year ago and there were 0 S2000s in Cleveland.

So to add to the confusion... There are actually 2 Cars and Coffees in Columbus.

Columbus Cars and Coffee – Everyone is Welcome is the weekly event at the Cup O Joe in Lennox. This is the more everyday group.

Columbus Cars and Coffee - Columbus Cars and Coffee is the every couple of months organized by some of the more well off (rich) Columbus car owners. The free events are at Byers, and they have their high dollar ticket open to the public events. This may be the "big one in May"

Stop over to the Dayton Cars and Coffee sometime (an hour west of Columbus)... there were apparently 6-8 S2000s there this past week.
