Yes. It's the Hilton at Polaris, not Easton.

Could someone inquire about a group rate at either the Hilton or the Cambria, although after last year, I'd lean towards Hilton.

On a side note, s2ki has pledged to provide some swag again. I've also sent emails to Marcellas and Mellow Mushroom again.

I guess the alternative is to find a hotel without a bar? Or, be exceedingly sneaky and not just bring in cases/boxes of alcohol.

For what it's worth, Fairfield Inns and Holiday Inn Expresses usually don't have bars. And on the Fairfield website, it says you need 10 rooms or more to get a discounted rate. I don't have a good solution for a place to hang out late into the night though unless we could get a meeting room for cheap maybe?

We can try the Fairfield if you guys think that works. They are all Suites so that might be an option. Think we can get 10 people?
