Thanks nutsacks! And I wouldn't buy an Audi. My mom has a 2003 A4, and the BMW drives SOO much nicer, handles much better as well.

That is my biggest fear also;having some soccer mom w/a cellphone attached at the ear ramming me in the rear or running a stop sign.

Sorry to hear that. Sux big time!! I'll admit off the showroom floor most Bimmer's out handle any Audi. But, for the price you get more car with an Audi--or you did 4 years ago when I bought my S4. The new A4s are too refined. I like to feel the road when I drive and know what the car is doing. Its a great high performance year around car. Audi doesn't make a replacement for the S4--the new one costs $10 grand more and all you really get is 2 more cylinders to replace the turbos.
